With many smartphone brands offering similar devices, it’s customer service that can provide the advantage. Oppo India seems to have understood this well. The brand announced the launch of its Service Center 3.0. that seeks to improve customer service and experience

The company said customers visiting the new Oppo 3.0 service centers will now also be able to witness product demonstrations and in-person repairs and services for handheld devices. This is being done to ensure the authenticity and security of all parts and the device itself, thus ensuring data security.

In addition, Oppo has also introduced pick-up and delivery services at the customer’s own location. This service will be operational on 13,000 PIN codes in India, Oppo said in a statement. Devices are collected for repair and fixed devices will be returned within 3-5 business days. The TAT (Turn Around Time) for devices returning within a week is considered one of the best in the industry. Users can schedule a service pick-up for their Oppo smartphones in India from October 2022.
